The team captain of a very strong DeMatha Catholic High School squad that captured the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship for the second year in a row and finished second in the Mid-Atlantic Prep Hockey League. The Stags also finished in second place at the Hoosier Cup Tournament at Notre Dame. A versatile player who can play in any situation and on any line, Alvon played mostly defense for his Tri-City AA team that advanced to the semifinals before losing in overtime at USA Hockey Tier 2 Nationals. He was a  valuable forward on the PK and PP for DeMatha, recording 16 goals, 13 assists and 29 points for the Stags to earn the team's Unsung Hero Award. Alvon had 11 goals and 15 assists in 30 regular-season games for Tri-City. He hopes to study Law Enforcement in college after pursuing his options in junior hockey and taking some classes for the next year or two. Alvon was a two-time MAPHL All-Academic selection while playing for DeMatha. He also was a two-time champion of the Washington Capitals Youth Hockey Shootout.

Club - Alternate captain of EJEPL semifinalists

Tiger served as a captain for both his Whitman High School and Montgomery Blue Devils 18U AA teams. A smooth and fast skater with strong offensive instincts and skill on the blue line, Tiger helped lead his club team to the EJEPL semifinals. He recorded 10 goals and eight assists in 19 EJEPL games to rank second in the league among defensemen in goals. Overall he led all Blue Devil defensemen in scoring with 11 goals and 21 assists in 31 games despite suffering a shoulder injury. An honorable mention All-Met selection by the Washington Post, Tiger had 12 points for Whitman in an injury-shortened season after ranking second on the team in scoring with 26 points the previous year to earn second-team All-Montgomery County honors. He already has had considerable interest from 18U AAA and Tier 3 junior hockey teams and is hoping to receive a Tier 2 opportunity in the near future and to ultimately play NCAA Division III hockey in the NESCAC. Tiger is an outstanding student who plans on studying political science in college. 

#11 Noah Blonder - Forward '00
5-10, 165 lbs. - Team Maryuland 18U AAA/Mount St. Joseph H.S.

Noah is a versatile player who emerged as a productive AAA center this year after playing both forward and defense in the past. He is strong with the puck and can play a physical game when necessary. Plays bigger than his listed size and not afraid of the dirty areas. Recorded 13 goals and nine assists in 18 games in leading Mount St. Joseph to the MIAA semifinals. Finished with 30 points on nine goals and 21 assists overall playing in 56 games for Team Maryland 18U in the AYHL and ECEL. Noah is generating a lot of interest from USPHL Premier and EHL programs. His goal is to play junior hockey at the highest level he can and ultimately to play NCAA college hockey. He is interested in studying history and is willing to travel anywhere to play at the highest level he can.

Liam captained a pair of championship teams this season as his Archbishop Spalding High School team captured the MIAA title and his Tri-City Eagles 18U AA team won the Maryland state Tier 2 championship and advanced to the semifinals at USA Hockey Tier 2 Nationals before falling in overtime. He recorded 10 points in five games at Nationals to rank fifth in the tournament scoring race (two goals, eight assists). Liam is a strong player with a great motor and good vision. Competes hard and often outmuscles opponents, but still has the skill to be a playmaker and score goals. Overall for his club team he was the scoring leader with 20 goals and 40 assists in regular-season play. Liam also led Spalding in scoring with 15 goals and 25 assists in 24 contests. For his efforts there he was named All-MIAA, second-team All-MAPHL and Washington Post honorable mention All-Met. A former team captain in the Washington Little Caps AAA program, he is looking at both ACHA college and junior hockey opportunities for next year. Liam is one of three players on this year's roster who played for Team DC in Pittsburgh last year. 

#3 Wyatt Hinkson - Defense '00
5-7, 165 lbs. - Team Maryland 18U AAA/DeMatha Catholic H.S.

Wyatt is a gritty defenseman who contributes at both ends of the ice. He plays with high energy and skill and has great instincts as far as jumping into the play or joining the rush offensively. Wyatt has a high compete level, gets puck to the net and can score goals. He played for Team DC in Pittsburgh a year ago and led a very talented offensive team team in goals. Wyat was a key member of DeMatha High School team that captured the WCAC championship and advanced to the MAPHL finals, contributing five goals and 12 assists in 35 contests for the Stags. He spent a good amount of time on the Team Maryland 18U AAA top defensive pairing as well as on the power play and penalty kill. He recorded a goal and nine assists for Team Maryland playing in the AYHL and ECEL. Wyatt received first-team All-WCAC recognition and 2nd-Team All-MAPHL honors for DeMatha. He has received several offers at the EHL and USPHL Premier levels for next year and is currently pursuing Tier 2 opportunities. Wyatt hopes to play junior hockey at the highest level that he can before hopefully playing NCAA college hockey. 

#10 James Jones - Forward '00
6-1, 170 lbs. - Tri-City Eagles 18U AA/Lake Braddock/Park View H.S.

A big, strong and fast power forward who is hard on the forecheck and can put pucks in the net. James played for a Lake Braddock/Park View co-op team that advanced to the CSHL finals before falling, 5-4, and a Tri-City Eagles 18U AA team that won the Maryland state Tier 2 championship and advanced to the semifinals at USA Hockey Tier 2 Nationals before falling in overtime. James was a second-team All-CSHL pick for Lake Braddock/Park and an honorable mention All-Met selection by The Washington Post after recording eight goals and five assists in nine regular-season contests. He had four goals and one assist for Tri-City at USA Hockey Tier 2 Nationals. James is interested in finding out what his junior hockey options might be for next year. 

#7 Nolan Murphy - Defense '00
6-0, 170 lbs. - Potomac Patriots USPHL Elite & Premier/Woodbridge H.S.

Nolan is very sound positionally and moves the puck well out of the defensive zone. He's capable of carrying the puck up the ice and joining the rush and playing in pretty much any situation. Nolan gives a consistent effort in games and practices and can contribute offensively. He was an NVSHL All-Star playing for Woodbridge High School after notching five goals and six assists for the Vikings this year. Nolan played junior hockey at the USPHL Elite and Premier levels for the Potomac Patriots, appearing in 34 contests and notching three goals and four assists. He has received interest an offers at the EHL level and is currently exploring his 18U and junior hockey options in hopes of eventually playing NCAA college hockey. 

#31 Henri Pelletier - Goalie '00
5-11, 190 lbs. - Montgomery Blue Devils 18U AA/Quince Orchard H.S.

Henri is a strong positional goalie with pretty good size who was the top netminder for a Montgomery Blue Devils 18U AA team that advanced to the EJEPL semifinals. He makes the routine saves and is capable of making some spectacular ones, too. Henri is a solid puckhandler and excellent communicator on the ice. He put up strong numbers for both his club and high school teams. In earning second-team all-conference honors for Quince Orchard High School, Henri went 5-6 with a 2.08 GAA and a .915 save percentage. He was 8-4 with a 1.59 GAA and a .930 save percentage for the Montgomery 18U AA team. Henri is interested in pursuing junior hockey in hopes of playing in college, where he plans on studying mechanical engineering. He is willing to travel wherever the best junior opportunity takes him. 

#17 Tyler Westfall - Forward '00
5-10, 155 lbs. - Montgomery Blue Devils 18U AA/Annandale H.S. 
Annandale, Va.

Tyler is a hard-skating forward who plays with a lot of energy and is capable of playing in many situations. He can be physical and match up defensively or play in the top six and finish chances. While his high school does not have a hockey team, Tyler scored 20 points in 35 games for a Montgomery 18U AA team that advanced to the EJEPL semifinals. He had eight goals and five assists in 19 EJEPL contests. Tyler hopes to play junior hockey in the next year or two and then to see what his college hockey options might be. He plans on studying athletic training in college.
